Childrens ArtHouses America Inc seeks to enter into due diligence with a Canadian based party located in a major metro area for the purpose of (1) setting up the Canadian National Master Licensing (NML) Company in Canada and (2) opening and operating the pilot Childrens ArtHouse in Canada as a national training and support center. The National Master Licensing Rights will include all 10 provinces and territories across Canada.
